Merry Christmas Everyone! I hope you’re having a wonderful day with your families. Everybody has their different Christmas traditions and without fail every year, my family goes for a countryside walk in the afternoon on Christmas Day. We have the same 30 minute route that we always follow, and it is so peaceful and tranquil, with wonderful countryside backdrops.
I am very fortunate to have a sister and father who are photographers, and when we were walking today, my sister Steph took this rather festive and wintery shot of me. When it comes to Christmas, I can’t resist sequins, so today was an excuse for me to wear my sparkly blue New Look dress, one that I simply adore. There’s something about this dress that just makes me feel really festive, so it was definitely the right thing to wear on Christmas Day.
To complete the outfit, I wore a Santa hat (I couldn’t resist), some transparent black tights and my winter coat and boots. Despite the winter chill, I felt really warm and you can see by my smile that I was really enjoying the countryside stroll.
Christmas is a really important time for me and my family, and we always stick by our traditions. I’ve had the most wonderful day today.
